A Day in the Park : Lebanon, OH

A Day in the Park is a timed running event at Miller Ecological Park in Lebanon, Ohio. The event combines a 24 hour timed competition with a 100 mile race option and also offers a 6 hour option introduced in 2025. The course is a USTAF certified one mile loop (course number OH24030JHP) surfaced with crushed gravel. The loop is described as flat with minimal elevation and provides views of the park as well as space to set up a tent along the course.

A central aid station at the start and finish area provides typical ultrarunning supplies and a rotating menu of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, including fresh fruit smoothies, pancakes, avocado wraps, and popsicles. Results will record either the 24 hour distance or a 100 mile finish, with the participant able to decide which result to register during the event.

The event is produced by Empower Ultras and Endurance Races in cooperation with the city of Lebanon. Swag and awards include a high quality rabbit shirt, a personalized award made in Ohio by a local artist, and a belt buckle for everyone who completes 100 miles or more. There are no refunds.
