5 Peaks Albion Hills

The event takes place at Albion Hills Conservation Park in the hills of Caledon on the banks of the Humber River. The venue features singletrack trails with winding climbs and descents, post run activities and on site facilities including riverside camping and a pool.

Three course options are offered, with maps, elevation profiles and aid station locations provided for each distance. Distances include:

  • Sport Run or Hike 7.5 km
  • Enduro Run or Hike 15 km
  • Grit Run 22.75 km

Individual registration does not include swag or finisher medals; these items are available for purchase and must be picked up at the event. Awards include medals for the top three finishers in each gender for each age and distance category, plus top three overall per gender. Swag, medals and awards are not mailed.

The event is cup free. Water and electrolyte drink are available at the start, finish and at one or more aid stations depending on the venue. Participants planning to be out longer than an hour are expected to carry a receptacle for drinking and transporting calories and electrolytes.

Course rules prohibit dogs, headphones, strollers or baby joggers, and nordic walking poles. Park admission is added to the race fee at registration; race participants are admitted to the park at no extra charge on race day while spectators pay the park entrance fee on arrival.
