Zombie Run Waldo
Zombie Run Waldo is a Halloween off road survival event held on October 24, 2026 at Waldo MX & Event Grounds in Waldo, Florida. The event is a 5K off road course across 130 acres of dirt, trails, open terrain, obstacle zones, and themed infected zones.
Participants wear flag football style life flags and attempt to protect them while moving through the course. Zombies are staged inside infected zones and will chase participants to try to remove flags. A participant who finishes with at least one flag is classified as a Survivor; losing all flags results in being marked as infected. Walkers, runners, crawlers, friend groups, and families are welcome.
Practical details include two start waves on race day, an age minimum of 8 years, and free entry for kids under 10. Early pricing is $40 through September 15, rising to $50 from September 16 and $60 from October 12 through race day. Spectator admission and parking are free.
Course amenities and onsite features noted for the event include positioned safe zones and water stations, selfie and photo moments, and encouragement to wear safe, comfortable costumes suitable for off road movement.
