Yankee Springs Fall Festival

The Yankee Springs Fall Festival is an annual trail running event held in Middleville, Michigan. Organized by Switchback Endurance, the race is hosted at the Deep Lake Campground and features a variety of distances for participants to choose from. The event utilizes the natural landscape of the area to provide a course composed of rolling single track trails.

Participants can select from three specific distances:

  • 10 km loop
  • 25 km loop
  • 50 km consisting of two laps of the 25 km course

The race routes are designed as loops, starting and finishing within the campground area. Registered participants receive their choice of a long sleeve technical shirt or an event-specific buff, provided they register by the mid-September deadline.

Accommodations are available on-site for those wishing to stay near the event location. Deep Lake Campground offers primitive camping options directly at the start and finish area. For those seeking more amenities, the nearby Gun Lake Campground provides modern facilities, including electrical hookups and running water. Reservations for these sites can be managed through the state department of natural resources. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
