Waikuku OY

Waikuku OY is a classic orienteering event held at Waikuku. A range of courses is offered to match different navigation skills and distances, including very short beginner options and very long expert routes. The event is part of the PAPO OY series and awards OY points to PAPO club members.

Pre-entries are preferred and will open about two weeks before the event, with pre-entries closing the Wednesday before the event. Limited enter on the day will be available and will be charged at non member prices. All entries are paid by credit or debit card through the entry system at time of entry. PAPO members and helpers on the day may use VIP points when paying.

Travel to the venue from Christchurch follows State Highway 1 north through Woodend, then right at Waikuku into Waikuku Beach Road. Event registration and the start area will be adjacent to parking, to be confirmed. Dogs under effective control are allowed.
