About the race
The 2026 Vancouver First Responders Half Marathon - Trail Edition is scheduled for November 1, 2026 at Sasamat Trail, West 16th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, Canada. The event recognizes and raises awareness of the challenges faced by first responders and their families, and supports fundraising for charitable partners including the Canadian Mental Health Association - BC Division and Wounded Warriors Canada.

- Frontline 5K
Race entries include a short‑sleeve casual event shirt (sizes not guaranteed for registrations after October 15), a custom finisher medal, chip timing with live results, fully stocked aid stations, post‑race food and refreshments, and eligibility for event draw prizes. The event also features team categories: teams of four run together, team results are calculated as the average of the four individual times, and this is not a relay. If one or more team members do not complete the course, remaining members receive only individual results and no team time.
Registration notes state limited spots, an online registration closing date of October 31, 2026, and that all entries are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable. Age minimums apply by December 31, 2026: 16 years for the half marathon and 10 years for the 10K; participants under 18 must have parent or guardian permission. Photo ID is required at check-in.
