UltraTrax Holiday Valley - Ellicottville, NY
UltraTrax Holiday Valley is a timed trail event held at Holiday Valley with parking, start, and finish located at Yodeler Lodge, 6758 Holiday Valley Road, Ellicottville, NY 14731. Participants follow a looped ridge route through wooded slopes, forest single-track, hidden glades, gentle climbs, ridgelines, and hollows. The course is marked and supported by aid stations along the route.
Participants may choose from these distances:
- 7 miles
- 14 miles
- 21 miles
- 28 miles
Walkers and hikers are allowed; the event is timed and participants have 10 hours to complete their chosen course to qualify for the UltraTrax Grey Wolf Medal. Entrants who choose to carry weight may use a personal vest or ruck; organizers will weigh packs on the morning of the event and count all contents except perishable items. Weighted options mentioned include 10, 20, or 35 lb vests for additional finisher recognition and swag.
Complimentary onsite parking is provided. Finishers receive a custom t-shirt, an UltraTrax patch, and a medal; all listed levels qualify for a medal.
