UltraTrax Central Florida

UltraTrax Central Florida

UltraTrax Central Florida takes place on 10/23/2027 at Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo in River Ranch, Florida. The event uses a single 7-mile loop and offers four distance options to complete within a 10 hour timed event window.

Distances offered:

• 7 miles
• 14 miles
• 21 miles
• 28 miles

The course runs across 1,700 acres along the Kissimmee River and includes wooded trails, ranch roads, grassy stretches, and other natural terrain. The route is generally flatter than mountain ultras, encouraging a steady pace and sustained effort.

The event is a timed endurance experience rather than a race. The course is clearly marked and features well stocked aid stations. Parking is available onsite at the resort. Bibs may be mailed in advance or picked up on event morning; participants registering after the mailing cutoff must pick up their bib in person.

Weighted divisions are available with required weights of 10, 20, or 35 lb carried in a ruck, backpack, or weighted vest. Packs are weighed before the start and all contents count toward the required weight except perishable food and drinks.

Finishers receive a custom finisher medal (Grey Wolf for 28 and 21 mile finishers, Trail Wolf for 14 and 7 mile finishers), an event T shirt, and a patch; weighted divisions receive additional swag.

A portion of proceeds supports land conservation and organizations that maintain trails and outdoor spaces. The resort offers cabins, camping, RV sites, glamping, dining, horseback riding, airboat rides, a water park, and a Saturday night rodeo, and friends and family are welcome to join. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
