Ultra Trail du Mont Gosford is a trail running event sanctioned by the Fédération d'athlétisme du Québec and a member of the International Trail Running Association. The event will hold its third edition in 2027 in the ZEC Louise-Gosford area in Woburn and in Chartierville, an area that includes the highest mountain south of Quebec.
Distances offered include:
- 1 km
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 17 km
- 30 km
- 50 km

The flagship distance is an 82 km course with 4278 m of positive elevation gain. This 82 km can be run solo or as a team of three, with each teammate running a predefined section of about 27 km in rotation. All races use trails that follow the border area with views toward both the Canadian side and the United States.
Start locations differ by distance: most races depart from the ZEC Louise-Gosford reception, while the 50 km and 82 km start from Chartierville near the international border. The route passes Mont Salmon, Mont d'Urban, Montagne de Marbre, Mont Saddle, Mont Gosford and Petit Gosford, and returns to the ZEC reception to complete the loop.
Before the race, shuttles transport participants to the Chartierville start when required. The event carries ITRA points: ITRA 4 and Mountain points 5. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
