About the race

Turkey Trot St. Paul is a Thanksgiving morning road run held on November 26, 2026 along the Mississippi River in St Paul. The event offers two measured distances and a virtual option, and proceeds benefit Open Door Food Shelf, which provides more than 10,000 fresh meals to neighbors in need each year. Participants receive a finisher medal and an event tech tee available in unisex sizes.

Age group rankings are posted and awards are provided; age group awards may be picked up at Dick's Sporting Goods Rosedale once results are official after November 30, 2025. Bibs and shirts can be delivered to participants' doorsteps or picked up at Rosedale Mall from November 20 to November 25, 12 to 7 each day. Additional event features include course maps, 2026 shirt and medal art, and an optional add on of Turkey Trot running socks. A team contest runs with categories such as Largest Team and Most Generous Team, with a pair of socks awarded for each member of winning teams.

The event lists supporting partners and provides race rules, FAQs, and race day information including parking. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
