Triple Crown Ultra

The Triple Crown is a point to point ultra marathon that links three Vancouver mountains in a single continuous route. The course begins at the base of Mount Seymour, where runners complete a full ascent and descent on trails before heading west. From there the route follows sections of the historic Baden Powell Trail, connecting forested trails and neighbourhood links across the North Shore.

The second ascent climbs Grouse Mountain via the Grouse Grind, with expansive views over the city and the Burrard Inlet. After descending the BCMC, the course continues west along forested ridgelines toward the final segment.

The day concludes on Cypress, where participants complete one last climb and descent on trails to finish the Triple Crown. The route totals roughly 57 km with 3,500 m of elevation gain and is presented as a single, uninterrupted journey linking the three summits.

The event is organized by the non profit Triple Crown Running Society. Registration is shown at CA$189.93 and the listing notes 45 spots remaining. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
