Trifarm 15k trail run
The event on 21 November 2026 is a 15k trail race held at Trifarm, Church Road, Boreham, Chelmsford, Essex. The route is mostly off road, with over 95% on public footpaths and bridleways, and it follows an anticlockwise direction around the site. The course finishes at the edge of the Trifarm lake on the running track near the road entry point.
On-site facilities include plenty of parking, a registration area near the Trifarm buildings, and food for sale before the start such as bacon rolls, tea, coffee and cake. Bottled water is provided at registration, there is a refill point on the course for the 15k, and a refill tap is available near the finish by the farm track and bicycle racking.
Entries are available online with a published fee tier; online entry costs are higher by £2 for non TRA or UKA affiliated members. The 15k route is for competitors aged over 18. There is an option for discounted pre-run swim tickets when booking, but runners must have completed a swim test directly with Trifarm before booking.
Timing is manual. Race numbers must be worn on the front, unfolded, so the number is visible at the finish to receive a recorded time. A tail walker or jogger will sweep the course and competitors are asked to leave the venue promptly after finishing. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
