About the race
The TriCord Run and Ruck is a trail running event scheduled for April 12, 2025, at Lake Stanley Draper in Oklahoma City. This event aims to raise awareness and support for individuals affected by trauma and PTSD, particularly military personnel, veterans, and at-risk youth. Participants can choose from various distances, including a half marathon, 10K, 5K, and a fun 1-mile ruck/run.
