Girl Scouts of Suffolk County Tough Cookie 5K Race 2027
The event is hosted by the Girl Scouts of Suffolk County at Camp Edey, 1500 Lakeview Ave, Bayport, New York, beside San Souci lake. The course is a loop that runs through a wooded area on the camp property.

Amenities include a race shirt, post race refreshments, live online and text results, free finish line photos, and access to Family Fun Day activities. The first 100 registrants receive a finisher medal. A personalized bib is available for those who register three weeks in advance. Last minute registrants who sign up within 24 hours of the event receive their bib number by text shortly after registration. Bib pickup is handled on site by event staff.
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in age groups 14 and under, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, 80 to 89, and 90 and over.
The event includes a Family Fun Day with activity stations such as face painting, crafts, games, sponsor tables, music, and light refreshments. Proceeds support scholarships and programming that provide outdoor experiences, leadership development, and hands on learning for girls across Suffolk County. Registration is not yet open.
