2026 Three Fox 5k and 1 miler
The event offers two distances at Three Fox Vineyard in Delaplane, VA. The 5k is three laps of a loop that combines gravel road, grass, and dirt; the course includes hills on the backside of the winery. The 1 miler follows the same loop for a single lap and includes a kids division. A course map with elevation gain is available.
Race services and logistics include chip timing, live results on Athlinks, a QR code at the event for immediate results, and final results with series points posted the Monday after the race. Water stations are located by the start and finish and are accessible each loop; some stations include Gatorade. Restrooms are available in the winery. Packet pickup is available at the event; T shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrations before the listed cutoff.
Awards are given to the top three men and women overall and to first and second place in age categories 19 and under, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70 plus. Overall top three finishers are not eligible for age group prizes. Participants receive a finisher medal, a technical event shirt, and a drink voucher. A virtual race option is offered for those not attending in person.
Points from this event count toward the Year Long 5k and Back of the Pack Series and the Sippin Series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
