Summer Ready Run : Ferry Meadows
Summer Ready Run is organised by Zig Zag Running at Ferry Meadows, Peterborough. The event is a timed multi-lap running event offered in two duration formats, where participants complete as many 5.3 km laps as they choose within the allotted time.
The course is a 5.3 km loop on traffic-free park paths that runs near lakes and the river. Surfaces are approximately 82% sealed/tarmac and 18% softer trail or grass. The lap is mostly flat with about 17 m of climb and a highest point near 15 m and a low point near 3 m. A GPX file is available for the route.

Race HQ and base camp are located at the Lakeside Centre on the watersports side of the park. Registration and bib collection take place at the Lakeside Centre. An aid station is provided at the start/lap point each lap. Parking at the park is chargeable. The event operates a cupless policy; participants should bring their own bottles or cups for refilling.
