The Sparrow
The Sparrow is a timed endurance event held on February 6, 2027 in Griffin, GA and organized by Revolution Running Co. It offers two timed race options on a looped trail course at 287 Jordan Hill Rd.

- 3 HOUR RACE
The course is an approximately 2 mile loop of smooth single track trail around a lake. Most of the course is described as easy and rolling. A central aid station will provide typical ultra food and the organizers will try to accommodate various dietary preferences. Participants may bring their own fuel and hydration and may set up a tent at the aid area.
All registrants receive a Sparrow t-shirt and a medal. Shirts this year are pink on pink; the image showing green on green is from 2026. The deadline to be guaranteed a t-shirt is January 20.
A race director who is also an ultrarunning counselor will offer mental health support sessions focused on issues such as perfectionism, people-pleasing, eating disorders, body image concerns, and burnout.
Registration closes on Wednesday, February 3 at 11:59 PM ET. The refund policy allows a 100 percent refund up until three months before the race; after that date there are no refunds. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
