The Hoot'n Bulldog Track Ultra
The Hoot'n Bulldog Track Ultra is a timed track event held at the Ansin Sports Complex in Miramar, Florida from January 29 to January 31, 2027. The event offers multiple timed races on a certified course and is sanctioned by USATF, with laps recorded by an electronic timing system submitted for record purposes. The Little Hoot 24 hour run will serve as a qualifier for the USA 24 hour national team.
Race options include:
- 48 hour Big Hoot
- 24 hour Little Hoot
- 12 hour Bulldog
- 6 hour Frenchie
Participants may camp in the infield and set up personal aid or crew stations. An event aid station will provide standard food and drink, with hot food available for 24 and 48 hour participants. Stadium bathrooms and 24-hour locker room access at the complex will be available. Due to space and USATF rules pacers are not permitted except for limited, approved pacing of participants under age 14. Direction of travel will change on the track every four hours.
Awards and extras include finisher medals for all finishers, separate buckles for 100 and 200 mile completions, prizes for top male and female in each event, a custom shoe bag, and a gender specific event t-shirt. Team entries are available for 24 and 48 hour races with scoring based on the combined distances of the top three runners in each team division.
