Event Overview
The Hoot'n Bulldog Track Ultra is a timed endurance event held at the Ansin Sports Complex in Mirimar, Florida. This competition takes place on an internationally certified Class 2 track and is sanctioned by USATF, making performances eligible for records. The event offers several timed options for participants:
- The Big Hoot: 48 Hour race
- The Little Hoot: 24 Hour race
- The Bulldog: 12 Hour race
- The Frenchie: 6 Hour race
The course is professionally timed and features a direction change every four hours. For the 48 Hour and 24 Hour races, there is an option to compete in team divisions for men, women, or mixed groups. Scoring for teams is based on the combined distances of the top three runners.
Amenities and Facilities
Participants and their support crews have access to the infield area to set up tents, chairs, coolers, and personal aid stations. The venue provides 24-hour access to stadium bathrooms and locker room facilities. A general aid station provides standard race food and drinks, with hot food available for those in the longer duration events.
All participants receive a custom gear hat and a finisher medal. Special buckles are awarded to those who reach 100 miles or 200 miles. Top male and female performers in each event receive additional prizes. Due to track regulations, no pacers are permitted for participants over the age of 14.

The location is accessible from major highways and is situated near international airports in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Palm Beach.
