Terrain Race Salt Lake City, UT
Terrain Race Salt Lake City is an obstacle and mud-focused event held at Golden Spike Event Center in Salt Lake City on September 5, 2026. The course follows a roughly 5K structure, about 3 miles, and includes mud pits, walls, ropes, monkey bars and at least 11 additional obstacles adapted to the venue terrain. The event offers multiple difficulty levels and a variety of obstacle types arranged to use the site layout.
The event program includes a pre-race festival area with packet pickup, warm-ups, gear check and vendor booths, and a finish line festival with food, music, sponsor activations and post-race competitions. Packet pickup is available the day before the race at the Golden Spike Event Center; race day packet pickup may incur a cash fee per packet if prior pickup is not completed.
Two registration tiers are described. The Value registration includes a race bib, finisher medal, free race photos, access to all obstacles and post-race festival access and does not include the stated insurance and venue fee. The VIP registration includes the Value items plus VIP check-in, a 2026 tour T-shirt, headband, drawstring bag, silicone wristband, VIP tattoo and priority wave start and includes the insurance and venue fee.
