Sweat, Swat n Swear - Inverness, FL
Sweat, Swat n Swear is a trail race held at Holder Mine Campground, 4399 Trail 10, Inverness, FL. The event offers single-loop trail courses that use the A, B, and C loops of the Citrus Tract in the Withlacoochee State Forest.

Course and logistics: All distances are single-loop. Trails are marked with orange and pink tape and occasional signage. The cut-off time for all races is 4:30 PM. Updated course maps plus GPX and CalTopo links are posted by the organizer. Drop bags are handled at Aid Station 2; 50K runners encounter this station at mile 14.2 and 27.6. Drop bags must be labeled and kept small; volunteers transport gear and return drop bags to the finish line twice during the race.
Aid and hydration: There are three full aid stations with food and drinks approximately every 8–9 miles, and two additional hydration-only stations. Aid station supplies include water, GU Roctane, soda, pickle juice, chips, PB&J, fruit, and ice. Organizers require all runners to carry a hydration method and note that conditions can be hot.
