Stumptown Trail Runs

Stumptown Trail Runs takes place in Forest Park, Portland, OR on May 29-30, 2027. The event offers two distances and uses trails in the 5,100-acre park, including the Wildwood Trail.

Available distances:

  • 50K - includes Wildwood Trail and other park trails; approximately 4,000 feet of elevation gain; Saturday.
  • Half Marathon - trail course through Forest Park with approximately 2,000 feet of elevation gain; Sunday.

Each distance is limited to a capacity of 200 runners. The event is produced by Go Beyond Racing. The organizer states it runs many trail races annually and provides well-stocked aid stations, volunteer support, podium awards for men, women, and non-binary racers, donations to a beneficiary for each race, and efforts to reduce event environmental impact.

Registration opens November 1, 2026. The organizer’s cancellation policy: cancellations more than 30 days before the race receive a 50% credit toward a future Go Beyond Racing race (equal to half the race value), usable within 365 days and not transferable; cancellations 30 days or less from race day receive no credit, no refund, and no transfer.
