Stride for the Knights 5K
The event is the inaugural Stride for the Knights 5K on November 22, 2026, at Southington High School, 720 Pleasant Street, Southington, CT 06489. The race supports the Southington Track & Field teams and is organized by Knights Cross Country.
The course starts on the school track, follows the wooded cross country trail on the Southington High School campus, and returns to a finish on the track. Parking is available in the main parking lot at the school. Registration and swag pick up will be available on site. Awards will be presented after the race. Participants are advised to dress for the weather.
