Sterling Down & Dirty 5K
The Sterling Down & Dirty 5K is an obstacle-based fun run held at Short Beach on Dorne Drive in Stratford, CT on September 12, 2026. The course is approximately 5K and includes more than 18 obstacles. The event is presented as family-friendly; participants may race through the obstacles or bypass them.
