About the race

MSWA Step Up is a fundraising stair-climb event organised by MSWA Limited that raises support for Western Australians living with neurological conditions. The event is staged at Central Park Tower in Perth and features a 53-flight climb to the top of the building. The 2027 edition is scheduled for Sunday, 21 March 2027 and is a Community Partner event of the 2027 World Police and Fire Games Perth. The event offers four separate climbs to choose from and encourages participation by community groups and schools, with teachers and students taking part in stair races.

Funds raised support MSWA services for people with multiple sclerosis, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, motor neuron disease, acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions. MSWA describes the event as a way to bring the community together to support clients across Western Australia. MSWA is registered in Western Australia and lists a Belmont registered office. The organisation acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Western Australian lands and extends respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
