The Inflatable 5K in St Albans is an untimed inflatable obstacle event held on a 2.5 km lap. Participants choose how many laps to complete; options are based on repeating the same course with giant inflatable obstacles and music zones along the route.

- 10K, 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15K, 6 laps, 90 obstacles
The 5K course includes 30 obstacles following the addition of three new elements. The route features five music zones, an on-course hydration station, a clearly marked route, and event photography.
