South Wales - Titanic
South Wales - Titanic is a timed, lap-based running event taking place in Cardiff Bay on Sunday 11 April 2027. The event uses a 5.3 km (3.28 mile) out-and-back lap along Cardiff Bay; participants may complete as many or as few laps as they wish within the event rules. Minimum distance is one lap (3.28 miles) and a seven hour overall time limit applies.

The route is mostly tarmac or pavement with one short section on a wooden boardwalk and has 23 m elevation gain and loss per lap. The course passes Cardiff Bay landmarks including the Norwegian Church, the Barrage Control Centre, the Senedd, the Pierhead Building, the Wales Millennium Centre and the Torchwood Tower. The event is classed as a road course for 100 Marathon Club purposes and holds an AUKCM certificate of course accuracy (25/504). A Welsh Athletics race license has been applied for.
Entry options include standard entries and a no-medal entry priced from £20; listed entry fees include £33 affiliated and £35 unaffiliated. The organiser operates flexible rock up and run start times and can try to accommodate special start time requests depending on chosen distance. Distance restrictions apply to participants aged 20 or under under UK Athletics rules.
