Singletrack Shindig 5K
The Singletrack Shindig 5K is scheduled for October 17, 2026 at Springer Hollow Group Campsite in Wasatch Mountain State Park, Midway, Utah. The route is a 5 kilometer course that is mostly singletrack dirt, includes about 1/4 mile on paved roads, and has approximately 500 feet of elevation gain. The setting features autumn colors and cooler fall conditions.
Registration includes official race entry with a timing chip, an event swag bag, race photos taken on course, and an access pass to the broader Singletrack Shindig festivities such as live music, food trucks, group rides and hikes, and bike shuttles. The 5K also serves as the kickoff for the Wasatch Trails Foundation's annual community trail event, and entry fees support the non profit and local trails in Wasatch County. A course map is noted as coming soon.
Podium awards for overall first, second, and third place in men’s and women’s divisions are listed, with sponsors providing prizes including custom-fit trail running shoes, hydration packs, prize packs, and sunglasses.
