She Claims The Trails

She Claims The Trails is a one-day community event designed to help more women feel confident exploring the outdoors. The programme combines guided trail runs, practical workshops and panel conversations focused on confidence, safety and health.

The event offers guided trail runs covering a range of distances, with routes from 5 km to 12 km to accommodate different preferences. Practical elements include kit trials from selected outdoor brands, workshops on safety and wellbeing, and panel discussions. There is also a raffle offering the chance to win trail running kit and prizes from event partners.

Food and drink provision is included with lunch, snacks and drinks on site. The event is supported by ASICS and SportShoes.com. It is held at Ashtead Peace Memorial Hall, Woodfield Lane, Ashtead KT21 2BE, England. Attendance is for ages 18 and over, and free parking is available at the venue. Refunds are offered up to 30 days before the event.

The event is presented as an in-person community day that brings together guided running, practical learning and opportunities to connect with other women who run on trails. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
