Scout Scramble 5K Trail Run
The Scout Scramble 5K Trail Run is the inaugural 5 K trail run and walk at Rainbow Scout Reservation in Morris, Illinois. The event takes place on a trail course at the camp and offers participants the option to run or walk through fall foliage. The distance is 5K.
Registration opens August 25, 2026 and closes October 24, 2026. The registration fee is $30, which includes a custom Sport-Tek shirt and a commemorative patch. Registrants who register by October 5 are guaranteed a shirt. The first 50 registrants receive a Scout Scramble hat clip at check-in.
Awards will be presented to top finishers. Hydration and snacks will be available for participants. Race day giveaways will be provided by Human Race Sports, and race day medical support will be provided by Loyola Medicine.
