Schuylkill Shuffle 5K, 10 Miler & Family Fun Loop
The Schuylkill Shuffle takes place on October 10, 2026, at Pottstown Riverfront Park, 140 College Drive, Pottstown, PA 19464. The event offers three route options along the Schuylkill River Trail. All courses start and finish at Pottstown Riverfront Park.
- 5K - paved trail, no road crossings, turns before Old Reading Pike
- 10 Mile - paved and crushed gravel, crosses Douglassville Bridge
- Family Fun Loop - just under a mile, paved and crushed gravel
The 5K follows a paved section of the trail and has no road crossings. The 10 Mile route uses paved and crushed gravel sections and crosses the Douglassville Bridge, one of the Schuylkill River Trail river bridges; this course includes some road crossings with support provided. The Family Fun Loop is an easy full loop around the Riverfront Park, allows strollers, does not allow pets, and each registration covers one adult and two children under 12. Children can pick up free scavenger hunt bingo cards at check in and redeem them for prizes at the after-event celebration.
Routes include water stops and road crossing support during the event. Registrations for the 5K and 10 Mile include a commemorative SRT beanie. Proceeds from the event support a Stewardship Fund for trail maintenance and repairs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
