Sasquatch Preservation Trail Run 5K & 10K
The Sasquatch Preservation Trail Run is the 15th edition of a chip-timed trail event held at South Branch Farms in Seven Valleys, Pennsylvania. The event benefits the Farm & Natural Lands Trust of York County and takes place on private, permanently preserved farmland and natural areas.
The course is largely off-road with one road crossing, using cross-country trails over varied terrain and elevation through farmland, woods, pastures, and streams. Wildlife commonly seen on the course includes birds, deer, turkeys, owls, foxes, coyotes, snakes, and sasquatches. Both races cross the Codorus Creek near the finish. The 10K includes notable climbs and a passage over the historic Howard Tunnel / Rail Trail.

- 10K trail race with steeper climbs and varied terrain.
Race logistics and amenities described by the organizer include a post-race gathering with a light lunch from Rockfish Hospitality, fresh fruit from Flinchbaugh’s Orchard & Farm Market, adult beverage sampling for those 21 and older, and smoothie samples for children and non-drinkers. Every finisher receives a collectible Sasquatch Preservation Trail Run patch. Prizes are awarded to overall and age-group finishers, and random giveaways are distributed during the event.
