RunGo Dash for Dogs 2027

RunGo Dash for Dogs 2027 takes place on February 21, 2027 at Brockton Pavilion, 1151 Stanley Park Drive, Vancouver. The event is a winter trail run in Stanley Park with self-timed entries, fully flagged routes, on-course marshals, and an available RunGo audio course guide.

Distances offered:

  • 2 km walk or kids run, free for children under 5
  • 5 km run or walk, family-friendly option
  • 10 km run, two 5 km loops

The event supports BC & Alberta Guide Dogs and raises funds for guide and service dog programs. Organizer information notes Dash for Dogs has raised over CA$220,000 across 13 years and that the 2026 edition raised over CA$30,000. A Puppy Pal sponsorship is available for donations over CA$200 and includes a welcome letter, a framed photo, and note cards.

Post-run activities include pancakes, prizes and giveaways, music, community partners, blindfolded walks with guide dogs, and guide dog puppies. Dogs that are well behaved and leashed are permitted on course. A virtual run option allows remote participants to run on another day, submit photos, and enter a creative route contest.
