RunGo Dash for Dogs 2027
RunGo Dash for Dogs 2027 is scheduled for February 21, 2027 at Brockton Pavilion, 1151 Stanley Park Drive, Vancouver, BC. The event uses winter trail routes in Stanley Park and offers multiple distance options across flagged courses with course marshals. The event is self-timed and a RunGo audio guide for the course is available.
Available distances:
- 2 km walk or kids run, free under 5, $5 ages 6-12
- 5 km run or walk, free under 5, $10 ages 6-12
- 10 km run
Dogs may join participants on course when well behaved and kept on leash. The event supports BC & Alberta Guide Dogs; proceeds, less fees, are directed to that charity. Past editions have raised funds for guide dog programs, and recent years include multi-year fundraising totals and a notable amount raised in 2026.
Additional event elements include packet pickup options (early pickup at Running Room on Robson Street and race-day pickup at Brockton Pavilion), a virtual run alternative that does not include access to the Vancouver event, and post-run activities such as pancakes, prizes and giveaways, music, blindfolded walks with guide dogs, and appearances by guide dog puppies. Puppy Pal sponsorships are offered for donors contributing over $200 and include a welcome letter, a framed photo, and note cards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
