Run the Vineyards Saddlehill Summer 5K
This event is held at Saddlehill Winery, 1407 White Horse Road, Voorhees, NJ. It offers two distances:
- 5K
- 1 Mile Walk
The 5K is chip timed with live-streamed results. Awards are given to the Top 3 overall and age-group male and female winners; age groups include 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29 and then every 10 years. The course runs through the vineyard and a horse farm and is described as a flat, cross-country style route. A one-hour time limit is kindly requested. Walkers and children are welcome; walkers start behind runners. The event is limited to 350 participants and registration is required to participate. The organizer lists HEADstrong as the charity partner and offers an opportunity to make a donation during or after registration.
Included race amenities and on-site services: a custom tech tee, a stemless wine glass with event logo, free downloadable race and after-party photos, free on-site parking, water stops and course marshals, finish-line water and bananas, and free bag check. Finisher medals and apparel options are available for an extra fee. An after-party features live music, food options, and a complimentary glass of wine for participants over 21.
