Run The Vines 2026 #8 Fairview
Run The Vines 2026 #8 takes place on 10 August 2026 at Fairview Wine & Cheese in Paarl, Western Cape. The event is the eighth stop in the Run The Vines 2026 series presented by First Ascent and is scheduled to coincide with National Womens Day. Fairview is described as a working farm that produces wine and cheese and has been stewarded since 1693.
The event offers multiple trail distances and entry categories:
- 17 km (timed) R240.
- 10 km (timed) R200.
- 5 km (timed) R180.
- 3 km adult accompanying child R120.
- Kids 3 km U/8 free.
A compulsory Paarl Trails trail fee of R50 applies to entrants. Timing is provided by BoutTime; participants must collect their timing tag at registration and can buy a permanent tag for R100. Distances are approximate because routes use working farm terrain; route profiles will be published closer to the event. Waterpoints will be available but runners are advised to be self-sufficient for hydration. Medals are awarded to all finishers. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent, and the 3 km option is intended for parents with small children rather than solo adult entrants.
