FALL Run The Farm
FALL Run The Farm takes place at Muscoot Farm in Katonah/Somers, NY on October 25, 2026. The event includes a main trail race and two kids races held on the same day.
- 5 miles trail race
- 1.1 miles kids course for ages 7 to 12
- 0.6 miles kids course for ages 6 and under
The 5 mile course begins on farm roads, moves into back meadows and several single-track sections, and returns to the farmyard finish. There are wider "forest meadow" sections around the 1.5 and 2 mile marks and narrower single-track between roughly mile 2 and mile 4. The spring course follows the same distance in the opposite direction.
Practical details: parking is included with registration and is across the road from the park; restrooms are available near the start and finish; there are no water stations on course and no gear check. Kids receive medals at the finish; 5 mile finishers do not receive medals. All finishers receive "Farm Bucks" to spend at the farmer's market: $2 for kids and $5 for 5 mile finishers. T-shirts are optional and cost extra; ordering in advance is recommended because sizes can be limited.
Registration is generally non-refundable and non-transferable. Race day registration has been offered in past years. The event is sanctioned by USA Track and Field. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
