Run Across CT 123
Run Across CT 123 is a point-to-point ultramarathon across Connecticut covering 123 miles. The course starts in East Thompson and finishes at the Wakeman Boy's and Girls Club in Southport, passing through 25 towns and a mix of trail and road surfaces. Approximately 57 miles are on well-maintained trails; the remainder follows scenic backroads, bike paths, and local highways. Total ascent is about 4,000 ft and total descent about 4,500 ft.

The event has a 36 hour cutoff and five intermediate cutoffs plus a finish cutoff; runners must average roughly 17.5 minutes per mile (3.5 mph) to meet cutoff times. Aid stations are placed along the route and provide fluids, electrolytes, and light snacks; volunteers staff aid stations and respond to common ultramarathon issues. Crew access is permitted at aid stations only, except in medical emergencies.
Expected conditions include variable spring weather; runners are advised to prepare layered clothing, packable rain protection, and backup gear.
