Rother Valley Remembrance Day Trail Runs 2026

Wild Deer Events stages the Rother Valley Remembrance Day Trail Runs at Rother Valley Country Park in Sheffield on 8 November 2026. The event uses trails around the lakes and woodland, following routes away from the usual Parkrun paths and featuring undulating, scenic terrain.

The programme includes three distance options with specified minimum ages:

  • 5 km trail run - for ages 11 and over
  • 10 km trail run - for ages 15 and over
  • Half Marathon - for ages 17 and over

Live chip timing is provided by Timing Up North with real-time results available during the event. All finishers receive a bespoke event medal, Wild Deer merchandise such as socks, a buff or a bottle, and a snack and drink after the race. An exclusive event T-shirt is available for an additional £14.00.

There will be a two minute silence at the event area as part of the Remembrance commemoration. Parking at the park requires payment at on-site ticket machines.

Entry fees are published for the event and vary by distance. The event takes place at Rother Valley Country Park, Mansfield Road, Sheffield, S26 5PQ. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
