Rosemullion 10k
Rosemullion 10k is a multi terrain race organised by Falmouth Running Club on 25 October 2026 at Carwinion Playing Field, Mawnan Smith TR11 5JD. The event is part of the Cornwall Multi Terrain Race Series.
The route is mostly off road, using local footpaths, the coast path around Rosemullion Head and the entrance to the Helford River, plus tracks, fields and country lanes. The course includes coastal sections with views toward the Helford.
Entry is limited to 250 places and the event is currently full; new entries are placed on a waiting list. Waiting list entries are recorded at the time of listing. Minimum age to enter is 16. The race cut off is 1 hour 45 minutes.
Entry fees are shown in GBP: UKA member £16.00 and non member £18.00. All finishers receive a medal and a memento. Prizes are awarded to the top three men and top three women, plus top three in each of the following age categories for men and women: Under 35, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 and 75 plus. Event licence is listed as pending.
