Rosemullion 10k event overview
Rosemullion 10k is a multi-terrain running event scheduled for 25 October 2026. It is part of the Cornwall Multi Terrain Race Series and is organised by Falmouth Running Club. The race starts and finishes at Carwinion Playing Field in Mawnan Smith, TR11 5JD.
The course is mostly off road and uses local footpaths, the coast path around Rosemullion Head and the entrance to the Helford River, as well as tracks, fields and country lanes. The route is described as offering notable views of the Helford area.
Entry is open to runners aged 16 years and over. The event has an entry limit of 250 and a race cut off time of 1 hour 45 minutes. Entry fees are shown as UKA Member £16.00 and Non Member £18.00. Entries open on 1 August 2026 and close on 23 October 2026.
All finishers receive a medal and a memento. Prizes are awarded to the top three men and top three women, and to the top three in each listed age category for men and women: Under 35, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 and 75 plus.
