Roseberry Topping Fell Race
This is a short fell race held on Wednesday 25 August 2027 in the North York Moors, with the venue at Newton under Roseberry car park near Great Ayton, TS9 6QS. The senior course covers 2.3 km / 1.4 miles with 217 m / 712 ft of climb and is part of the Esk Valley Fell Club Summer Series. The event has a permit and associated UK Athletics insurance from the FRA.
Distances and junior arrangements:
- Senior race 2.3 km with 217 m climb
- U10s run 1.5 km
- U12 to U20 run with the senior race
Entry is available on the day only; there is no pre entry and the universal entry form is used. Entry on the day fees are £5 for members and £6 for non members. Teams are allowed, with team scores requiring three runners for men and three for women. Parental consent is required for all competitors under 18.
