Rocky's 5K
Rocky's 5K is a road and trail event held on the wide carriage roads of Rockefeller State Park Preserve. The course passes Swan Lake and moves through woodlands and rolling pastures, and it includes notable uphill sections and varied terrain.

The course is well marked and staffed by volunteers. Awards are given to overall and age group finishers. The event provides t shirts and on course or post race refreshments. There is no official bag drop; participants are advised not to leave valuables unattended. Dogs and jogging strollers are not permitted to run, but may spectate. Entry fees and tiered pricing apply for general and youth categories. All proceeds support carriage road maintenance in the Preserve. The organizer does not issue refunds but allows deferral or transfer up to one week prior to the event.
