Rocky's 5K
Rocky's 5K is a fall road race held on the carriage roads of Rockefeller State Park Preserve in Pleasantville, New York. The course runs near Swan Lake and through woodlands and rolling pastures, and is described as featuring wide carriage roads and several uphill sections. The route is spectator friendly and the start and finish are a short walk from the main parking entrance at 125 Phelps Way (Route 117).

Event logistics and amenities noted for participants include well-marked course routing, volunteers on the course, refreshments and vendors by Swan Lake, and t-shirts. Awards are given to overall and age-group finishers, and there is a team competition scored by lowest combined time in several categories including all male, all female, coed, and coed century teams (two-person teams with a combined age of 100 or more). There is no official bag drop; participants are advised not to leave valuables unattended. Jogging strollers and dogs are not permitted on the course.
