Rider Rattler 4-Miler & 8-Miler
The Rider Rattler takes place April 3, 2027, in Montoursville, PA at Rider Park. The event offers two trail race distances with notable elevation changes: the 4 mile course accumulates over 800 feet of elevation and the 8 mile course reaches about 1,400 feet. New course maps will be posted once available.
Both distances are included in the Rocksylvania Trail Series as qualifying races for 2027. Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each distance. New for 2027 are special awards for the top male and top female in the 14 and under and 60 plus categories for both distances.
Entries include Rider Rattler event swag and a post-race meal. The event is held rain or shine; there are no refunds, deferrals, or bib transfers. Registration opens November 1, 2026.
Kids 14 and under as of race day qualify for a half-price registration fee. Young participants must be registered under their own account or as a guest if registering under an existing account. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
