Ras Tri Chopa yr Eifl
Ras Tri Chopa yr Eifl is a fell race held on Saturday 12 September 2026 on the Eifl ridge. The course includes the three peaks of the Eifl: Tre'r Ceiri, Garn Ganol and Garn Fôr.
The route measures approximately 8 km / 5 mi with about 490 m / 1608 ft of climb. Course records are listed as male 40:26 (2019) and female 53:58 (2019). Minimum competitor age is over 16. Junior races are held with an entry fee of £3.
Registration takes place at Tafarn y Fic, Llithfaen, Pwllheli, LL53 6PA. Car parking is at the top of Nant Gwrtheyrn, LL53 6NU. Entry on the day only, fee £10.
