Ragnar Trail Texas Hill Country
Ragnar Trail Texas Hill Country is a team trail relay held October 16 and 17, 2026 at Flat Rock Ranch in Comfort, Texas. The course runs through a working cattle ranch and features limestone cliffs and sweeping vistas; participants may encounter goats or cows on the trail.
The route totals 121 miles with 15.1 miles expected per runner and 1,237 feet of elevation gain. Teams can enter one of several formats: Standard Team with 8 runners over 2 days and 1 night, Ultra Team with 4 runners over 2 days and 1 night, and Sprint Team with 3 runners over 1 day. Registration prices are listed per team and per runner.
Event lodging and village offerings focus on camping. Ragnar Village includes campfire areas, s'mores, music, Tex Mex food options, bonfire events, yoga sessions, prizes, and an optional extra night of camping on Thursday. Glamping sites and tent rentals are available on site. A few showers are provided by the venue and food trucks will be present. BYOB is allowed.
