Sheffield Pretty Muddy 5k at Graves Park

This event is a 5 km Pretty Muddy obstacle course set within Graves Park, Cobnar Road, Sheffield S8 8QD. The route passes through rolling parkland, mature woodland and open fields on paved and compact paths with gentle rises and dips. The central start and finish area is on grass next to the animal farm.

The event is organised by Cancer Research UK and has a minimum fundraising target of £50. Earlybird entry prices are shown as £11.24 for adults and £6.00 for children. Wave starts are staggered at 15 minute intervals to manage safety on the course. The course includes a series of obstacles where participants climb, crawl and slide; marshals are present to assist participants at obstacles.

Onsite facilities listed include toilets, refreshments and parking. Dogs are not allowed. The site is not wheelchair accessible and the start and finish areas are on sloped grass that may be soft when wet. Limited Blue Badge parking is available approximately 20 metres from the event site on hardstanding. General event parking is in a field on Cobnar Road and involves a short walk to the site that includes a steep and gradual incline. The nearest bus stop is on Hemsworth Road, about a five minute walk via the Animal Farm entrance. Participants must be 13 years or older to take part.
