Puyallup Trail Challenge - July 24, 2027

The event consists of three separate 5K trail segments held sequentially at different parks in Puyallup. Each 5K must be completed within a 45 minute time limit. Participants have a 30 minute window to travel to the next park and prepare for the next start. Failure to meet a cutoff or to reach the next start on time ends a participant's challenge.

Distances:

  • 5K three separate 5K segments

Participation is limited to 100 registrants. Awards will be presented to the top two overall finishers in each of these categories: Male, Female, and Nonbinary.

The published entry fee schedule includes multiple registration tiers: Early Bird August 6 - August 10 ($80), Open Registration August 11 - March 31 ($95), April 1 - June 24 ($105), and June 25 - July 24 ($120). A team of four saves $20 if the team is created or joined during registration. Price includes chip timing, a commemorative shirt (add $5 for 2XL and 3XL), a finisher medal, and after race snacks.

The event is pinless, cupless, and paperless to reduce waste. All participants are required to download and use the RaceJoy app during the event for real time tracking and safety. No refunds or transfers are allowed. Pets and strollers are not permitted on the course.

Event park locations include Riverwalk Trail (behind Fred Meyer, 1100 N Meridian Ave), Wildwood Park (1101 23rd Ave), and Clarks Creek South Puyallup Loop Trail (1710 12th Ave). Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
