OUTLAST PHILADELPHIA
OUTLAST is a timed 6 hour endurance challenge held on trails in Coatesville, PA at 347 Green Valley Rd on 11/07/2026. The format requires runners to complete a 5K every hour, on the hour; each lap must be finished within the hour to remain in the event. If a runner misses a lap they are removed from further rounds. Completing all six laps produces a full result on the local and world leaderboard.
Courses are trail based and include natural terrain, elevation, and variable conditions. Each 5K is timed individually and the combined time for all six laps determines local winners and world leaderboard placement. Runners may walk as long as they finish each lap within the hour.
Aid at the basecamp or loop start will offer water, basic hydration, and snacks. This is a cupless event so participants should bring their own bottle or hydration system. Tent or personal aid station setups are permitted.
Awards and recognition are tiered: 4 laps earns a “Grit Earned” patch, 5 laps a “Survivor” patch, and completing all 6 laps earns the premium OUTLAST 6 inch medal; the medal is provided only for the race entered. All participants receive a premium OUTLAST tee. Top male and female combined times earn the 1st Place OUTLAST award. Finishers are ranked on a world leaderboard and the fastest across all OUTLAST 6 hour events receives a $1,000 World Champion prize. Top city champions may qualify for the Outlast World Championship in DFW with additional cash prizes for top finishers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
