Nene Valley Trail Run
The Nene Valley Trail Run takes place on 12 June 2027 with a new venue and routes for 2027. The event starts and finishes at KC Active, Kingsmead, Station Road, Kings Cliffe PE8 6YH. Both races use marked and marshalled trails with aid stations along the routes.

- 10 mile trail race
- 10K trail race
Both routes follow easy tracks and paths through rolling Northamptonshire countryside, including green fields, ancient bluebell woodlands, disused railway tracks and quiet picturesque villages. The courses are fully marked and marshalled and offer well stocked aid stations.
Entries open on 2 August 2026 and close on 10 June 2027. Entry fees are £33 for the 10 mile and £22 for the 10K. One pound from every entry will be donated to Kings Cliffe Active, a local charity that supports health and fitness in the area. A T shirt or Trees not Tees donation option is available as an extra when booking.
The organisers request that competitors bring their own cup or water bottle for use at the aid stations to reduce single use waste. There are no refunds for entries, but places can be transferred to another person via the event entry system according to the stated transfer deadlines and conditions.
