About the race
The Nene Valley Trail Run offers two waymarked trail races on Saturday 12 June 2027, starting and finishing at KC Active in Kings Cliffe (Kingsmead, Station Road, PE8 6YH). The event uses new venue, routes and distances introduced for 2027 and is organised by Nene Valley Races.
Both distances follow easy tracks and paths through rolling Northamptonshire countryside, green fields, ancient bluebell woodlands, disused railway tracks and quiet villages. Courses are fully marked and marshalled, with well stocked aid stations. Participants are asked to bring a personal cup or water bottle for use at aid stations as part of the event's eco measures.

Entry information is posted on the event pages. Entries opened on 2 August 2026 and close on 10 June 2027. Entry fees are listed as £33.00 for the 10 mile race and £22.00 for the 10K. A donation option of T shirt or Trees not Tees is available when booking. One pound from every entry will be donated to Kings Cliffe Active, a local charity supporting health and fitness.
There are no refunds for non participation, but places may be transferred to another person via SiEntries according to the event cancellation and transfer policy. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
