Nav Challenge 3 - TBD
Nav Challenge 3 is the fourth race of the annual Navigational Challenge league, scheduled in County Wicklow on Sunday 11 October 2026. Entry details are not yet available and route information has not been finalised. The race is described as having easy terrain with under 200 m ascent and a course length typically under 6 km, but exact distance and climb are not confirmed.
The course will be unmarked and competitors must navigate using map and compass skills; use of GPS devices is not permitted. The event uses a mandatory Level B kit list. Runners must bring a waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves, whistle, a charged mobile phone with an emergency number stored, and a foil blanket, bivvy bag or equivalent. The organiser will confirm the exact kit to be carried on the day, depending on conditions, and will advise this at Registration.
