Mother's Day Classic - Lysterfield

This event is a community walk and run around Lysterfield Lake, staged from the area near the Spotted Gum Car Park. Participants follow a scenic loop on wide gravel pathways that are suitable for walkers, runners, prams, and wheelchairs. The event offers a single course distance of 6.2 km for both walking and running.

Registrations for this edition are closed and the event is sold out. Volunteers are positioned around the course to provide guidance. Facilities at the venue include toilets at the start and finish areas and a coffee van on site donating a portion of profits to the organiser. Attendees are advised to bring their own water. There is no official run timing on the day, and dogs are not permitted at this venue.

The event also features a raffle draw and prizes, and provides downloadable resources such as a map and a tribute card. Parking is available at or near Spotted Gum Car Park.
