The 5K Foam Fest Melbourne 2026
The event takes place at Event Central, Caribbean Park on Ferntree Gully Road in Scoresby, VIC on 28 November 2026. It is a 5 kilometre obstacle-course fun run featuring more than 25 obstacles, including an inflatable waterslide, mud pits and approximately 2.5 million cubic feet of foam.
Participants receive a string bag, buff, finisher's medal, Foam Fest tattoo, access to water stations, shower stations and change rooms, entry to the festival area and a free low resolution finish photo. A free kids zone is available for children aged six and under; that area includes a mini inflatable obstacle course and bounce house but requires adult supervision.
Entry rules and age restrictions: the course is open to participants aged seven and up. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult; those aged 13 to 17 do not require a chaperone but must adhere to course rules. Event waivers must be signed by a legal guardian for participants under 18. Foam Fest states that the course carries risks of injury or death and requires participants to accept the waiver.
Ticket options shown include single entry and family and reduced-rate tickets for military and first responder personnel with proof of service. Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors and beer garden. Corporate and group discounts are offered for groups of ten or more.
